I booked a Queen Room and it seemed like a cupboard with a double bed squeezed in. I wanted to get to the window, but needed to jump over the bed. The receptionist did not offer another room.

Really good Stay in a Prime Spot!

I found the location very convenient, with access to key areas! The room was exceedingly clean. I especially loved the coffee machine. The inclusion of fresh bottled water was a thoughtful touch. It ensured I was well-hydrated .
I found the external noise levels intrusive, especially with closed windows. This affected my sleep! The views from the room were obstructed by a nearby building, a disappointment. The provided pillows felt rather thin and inadequate for comfort.

The continental breakfast included fresh croissants, boiled eggs, and creamy yogurt. It presented a quirky, pleasant start. Additional options like a full English breakfast were available for an extra charge, though I did not partake. The food was AMAZING!!!

i had such a blast! the staff was super friendly. the complimentary breakfast was such a nice touch, i loved starting my days with it. the rooms are really clean and tidy, thats something i always appreciate.

the location is central and the price is good. the room was so clean and the front desk staff were very kind. i will definitely book again the next time i am in town.
no iron was provided in my room, but there was an iron board. i'm sure they would have provided one if i had asked.
