Accessible rooms provide more space, a double or kingsize bed (480-520mm height), wider entry bathrooms with lowered bath or wet room. Mattresses at 480mm height can be raised for easier wheelchair access.

The hotel restaurants feature a menu that includes Sirloin Steak, Big Stack Burgers, Creamy Chicken and Pulled Ham Pie, Chicken Katsu Curry, and Beef & Ale Pie.
