i found the staff helpful and cute i especially liked the radio in the room it added a charming touch i also appreciated the water provided upon arrival the bed was very comfortable. the communal areas like the bar offered lovely spaces to relax and socialize after a long day.

the lift seemed a little slow i noticed perhaps a slight delay each time i used it this was a minor inconvenience during my otherwise good visit to the hotel.

The hotel's proximity to liverpool street station proved very convenient. reception staff checked me in before the standard time, i found this gesture particularly helpful. the penhaligon toiletries added a touch of luxury. I appreciated this detail. breakfast included scrambled eggs with smoked salmon that had amazing quality.

i noticed the coffee machine lacked a decaf option, a minor inconvenience. i still found the stay wonderful. the rooms are beautiful.
