The Penthouse Suite has a pantry with a wet bar and a dining area for six. Guests in the Penthouse Suite can relax in a limestone bathroom with a soaking tub.

i found no price list for the minibar. it only came a day after i asked. also, there were no tea making facilities and this also took a day to arrive. the coffee cups were not cleaned each day.

The suite was very large and included an extra toilet. The food service was excellent (I liked the breakfast), and the staff were very nice. Parking was available on site, very convenient.

Some wallpaper was peeling off the walls, so it looked a little tatty (but only in certain areas).

the location was convenient for visiting a nearby restaurant.

Communication issues plagued my stay from the start. when i tried to clarify car parking directions upon arrival, the staff sent us to the public car park below. We had to walk back to the hotel. upon departure, another staff member relocated my car to an area without an exit fob, requiring my husband to return to reception. breakfast service was also problematic. Orders were incorrect, service was slow, and the continental selection was missing.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was convenient to access the DLR, Jubilee line, and Elizabeth Line. I didn't use the Canary Wharf Pier, but it was nearby.

The room was freezing. I stayed in November, and the temperatures were very low. I had to call maintenance on two nights, as the heating was not working. The manager never called me back after I complained at check out.

My room was quite spacious. I found the bed comfortable. The location is convenient for accessing the Canary Wharf area.

The air conditioning in my room did not work effectively. I did not find tea or coffee making facilities available in my room. I had to wait a considerable time for breakfast and took it to go because I needed to leave for a boat.
