the location proved very convenient for access to nearby transport links. i found the room to be clean and modern , and the available amenities met my needs perfectly. the staff were also quite attentive , assisting with directions and local information.

the room was quiet and clean. the air conditioning worked well. the bed felt quite comfy (i slept well each night).

excellent stay near whitechapel station!
friendly staff comfortable size excellent location
The reception staff were friendly and professional. This was a lovely beginning to our stay. we had a twin room, and the room was a comfortable size. we walked easily to the accessible tube station and brick lane. The location was excellent. we also liked that we could open the windows.
There was nobody to check out. curtains are too small for the windows. As soon as it is bright outside, you get all the light inside. you can hear all the noise from outside. It's a busy road, even at night. floorboards were broken. Cushions, curtains, and blanket had suspicious stains.

underwhelming stay, issues with room and service
broken air conditioning single key
the location was convenient to the tube station.
The room's air conditioning didn't work properly. It mostly blew air like a fan. contacting reception from the room was impossible since the phone wasn't connected. also, only one key card was provided, causing issues with lights and lift access for other family members. the staff didn't seem able to solve the ac problem.
