the hotel's location near liverpool street station proved very convenient. the staff demonstrated excellent helpfulness and friendliness. i also appreciated the surprisingly fast and reliable wifi throughout the hotel.
my room felt quite small, and the layout made maneuvering a bit awkward. the heating system seemed slow to warm the room, and it looked to switch off when unoccupied. this resulted in needing to reheat the room upon each return, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's location near liverpool street station proved convenient. the cleanliness was excellent. The room was super clean. i found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. the available luggage storage was convenient and much appreciated.
The room size was somewhat small. I would have liked a bit more space to move around.

The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.
The room lacked basic amenities. Specifically, I was disappointed by the absence of tea making facilities. I found the charge for a single cup to be excessive. This detail significantly detracted from the overall experience.

the staff were so friendly. the breakfast had a good selection of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, ham and cheese, fruit juice and tea and coffee. it was amazing!!!
the hotel description said a room with a window. they never mentioned the window was frosted and barely opened!!!

i found the location very convenient to liverpool street station. spitalfields market was also nearby, i liked the easy access. the outdoor garden area was a surprising bonus, a very relaxing space.
i did notice that storing bags after check-out incurred a fee per bag, unexpected.

the location is very good. you can walk to many places nearby. the staff was kind. i appreciate the fast check-in and check-out process.
the room was very small. i felt a bit claustrophobic. there were no tea or coffee in the room.
