The location was certainly convenient, a short walk to Westfield shopping center (ideal for any retail therapy!). The hotel room was very clean. Temperature control in the room was easy to manage, awesome for personalized comfort.

The selection of tea bags and milk in the room was rather limited.

the location is amazing near stratford station. clean rooms are also a plus, especially with the desk having good space. they even gave me extra heating, wow! the staff were helpful.

my kettle didn't work initially and i had to ask for a replacement. it needed to be moved to a plug by the door to boil, this was odd and inconvenient.

the location suited my needs well the proximity to public transport was a definite plus i found the staff helpful . the hotel provided a functional space for my brief visit the 24/7 staffing was reassuring and there was a shopping center close by.

the room could use a more thorough cleaning i noticed some minor wear and tear on the curtains and the decor could benefit from an update overall it was a very slight negative point.

i appreciated the convenient location. nearby were nandos and several other restaurants. the staff members, mithaly and mariya, were especially attentive. i found the team cute at every point..

the only slight issue i experienced was that the ac system seemed to have occasional glitches. despite this, it did not significantly detract from my overall stay.

The room included a fan, this helped on a warm day. plug points were readily available. staff offered me water upon arrival, it was thoughtful. the room i had was clean. It really was well kept.

The toilet seemed to have a constant, slight trickle. It was a bit noisy.
