The hotel has refillable water stations. This is a great amenity. The showers are also very nice. The gym is a very nice facility if needed..
I had a slight issue that there was some music playing under the room at night.

amazing decor cloud bed beautiful bathroom stuffy room basic breakfast small room
the room had amazing decor. the cloud bed was so comfortable. the bathroom was beautiful, and the shower was very nice (i especially liked the rainfall shower head).
My bedroom windows did not open, so it felt stuffy. the breakfast was basic and the quality was not great. the room felt fairly small for the cost. I had a king room.

bad service incorrect bill
the room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. i appreciated the free filtered water access.
The bar staff were unbelievably bad. I felt completely ignored each time i tried to order. in the restaurant, we waited ages for service after a booked table. i got billed for three rooms instead of two, and they told me to take it up with my bank.

soft bed perfect location
the room had an amazingly soft bed! I slept like in soft clouds. The location was perfect for visiting graphic design studios.
the staff attitudes felt slightly corporate! though the service was generally good.

fantastic stay
clean room comfy bed free water
the rooms were very clean and the decor had a high standard throughout. the bed was super comfy. i liked the free access to filtered water. marshall bluetooth speakers were a nice touch. the shower pressure was great too.
on a minor note, the gym was quite small and often crowded during peak hours. equipment availability was limited, though functional.

I dined at uba restaurant, it serves delicious asian cuisine and the presentation was beautiful! the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. the restaurant staff was very attentive. They were quick to refill coffee.

a romantic getaway
amazing room modern design
Elliot at reception elevated our experience. He ensured our stay felt special. the room had a super clean modern design and the sleep was very nice. We were given such an amazing room.
the bedroom windows were sealed and non-operable, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere. i would have appreciated fresh air.

copenhagen cups ventilation system hardwood floor
the room had royal copenhagen cups. i also found a ventilation system that i could turn off completely. unlimited tap water came from a dispenser in the hallway. a hard wood floor was also in the room.
the bedroom windows do not open so it can be stuffy.
