friendly staff clean room
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay! the staff were super friendly, and i got a voucher for money off at mr whites. the room was exactly like the pictures, the bed was comfy, and well kept!!!

the bed was the best ever! it was kingsize and so comfy. the aesthetic was very clean and nice. employees were always friendly and fun too.
My room was not ready at check-in, i found this frustrating. i raised the issue at checkout. I was told there was nothing the hotel could do. i accept the hotel could not control the loss of utilities, though they could control their response.

the bed was kingsize and very comfy. this hotel has a nice aesthetic and is very clean. every employee was friendly. hot drinks are free on every floor, i appreciated that.

The hotel has a game room. I FOUND the ironing station quite useful. The staff was also friendly. It was of great value for money.
The room was VERY small. The breakfast was not good with limited options. There was also no room service. The teas available in the corridor were HORRIBLE.
