Decent Stay with Some Issues
sewage smell mistaken room
a concerning sewage smell emanated from the shower drain. I informed reception. Staff promised investigation plus air freshener. No one came. at 4 AM on my departure day, someone tried to enter my room. They failed as the chain was in place. Staff members were visible through the peephole. Management confirmed staff had mistaken my room after an incident. They offered a small refund as compensation. I feel it's important to ensure all room security is properly engaged.

amazing stay and super clean apartments!
helpful staff super clean apartment
i felt so welcomed at this amazing building , everyone was so helpful. the staff were super sweet. the building has a very nice lounge , a tall building and the apartment was super clean.
i had high expectations for the cove, and unfortunately , there was a small issue. the massive window wasn't closing properly , so i could hear the outside noises. this made it a bit difficult to sleep , even with earplugs.

the location is conveniently located a few minutes from canary wharf underground station , heron quays dlr station and a bus stop across the street. a tesco store is located right next door and this made it easy to get groceries and essentials.

the hotel offers lounges on the 27th and 56th floors that provide amazing views. the apartments include a large bathroom , an open kitchen area, a two-seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs. additional amenities like an iron, hairdryer and washing machine were available.

awful smell staff mistake
I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment Disability Access. The shower drain emitted a awful smell. I reported it to the reception, and they promised air freshener. No one ever showed up. Someone tried to enter my room at 4 AM and woke me up. It turned out they were staff members. Management confirmed it was a mistake and offered a small refund.

adequate stay, some minor issues
clean room ensuite kitchen laundry facility drab hallway extreme noise wind noise
The room was clean. It had an ensuite kitchen. Laundry facilities were also available in the room. I could not ask for more.
Hallways lacked decor. they seemed a bit drab. Extreme wind noise bothered me a lot. I did not get any sleep due to loud creaking and vibrating throughout my apartment.

Fantastic stay!
convenient washing machine great views
I stayed in this apartment. The kitchenette included all appliances and tools. I also used a washing machine, so convenient! The work desk offered great views. I REALLY loved the bed.
Hallways needed better hoovering.

The leafy garden is located on Level 27 and the gym sits on Level 56, easily accessible by elevators. The gym featured several treadmills and a selection of weight-lifting machines for varied workouts. The social lounge on Level 56 offers panoramic views.
