I checked in late but found the staff very helpful. the room was a standard double room single sofa bed hot and felt quite spacious. breakfast had a rich selection. I found many options that suited me.
It wasn't very appealing. also, the credit card machine wasn't functioning properly.

The room was super clean. I found the shower awesome. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean. The location is good with easy access to public transport. staff were very friendly and helpful, i appreciated that.
There is plastic covering all the windows, so no thames view available. The reception is accessed via a small alleyway. personally i found it intimidating to walk on my own.

the inside of the building appear very clean. the dlrs station is a brief walk and it worked perfect for my transport needs. the staff act very polite always. i find the room perfect for my needs. the proper iron and ironing board was very much appreciated.
i notice the coffee machine was often crowded during breakfast. sometimes, finding available cutlery was a small challenge, i needed to ask for it.
