The room was clean and pretty, complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits and water were provided. the location IS convenient. Liverpool street station is about a 10-minute walk. MANY food and bar places are around.
I hated the self service checkin, absurdly impersonal. the pillows are HARD and super high. the in bathroom amenities are sparse. No conditioner was available

the room was super modern and i loved the tiled floor plus the laminate floors in both the bathroom and bedroom it just felt so clean the bed was comfy and quiet too and i had tea coffee and water right there i also snagged an upgrade to a room with amazing daylight. plus there are some great restaurants and pubs just around the corner i got some great commute too. breakfast was amazing with many choices.

the hotel rooms are quite spacious and offer good comfort levels with modern decor and functional layouts plus they have a king executive room i noticed that seemed to be quite comfortable and spacious for longer stays

clean and convenient stay

I found the breakfast magnificent in a very comfortable quiet room. the staff were so pleasant and accommodating even gave us bottled water for our journey home. We loved that. also, the location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from liverpool street station.

the breakfast had fresh fruit, also a delicious cooked breakfast , and all produce WAS fresh. The location is good, it is handy for the underground. Shoreditch is a good area for restaurants and cafes.

inconsistent servicestreet noise
The room service was inconsistent. One day, they forgot to replenish the coffee, another day, they didn't replace the towels. also, i found the noise from the street quite noticeable at night (especially on weekends). it made it difficult to fall asleep. the minibar was empty, disappointing.
