The airport shuttle was so convenient and efficient, running every 30 minutes. i also appreciated that the hotel offered late checkout for only 10 euro per hour. It was a great option.

The layout of my room wasn't easy to get around. I bumped my knee trying to reach the table.

the free shuttle to the airport was convenient. the bed in the king room was comfortable for sleeping. i also appreciated the very nice pastries, yogurt and coffee available.

Check-in took a bit longer than expected. There were queues at the desk.

I was charmed by the guest relations manager, jofriede zwaal, she were really good . i was upgraded to a superior king suite. The soaking tub and complimentary prosecco were a lovely touch. the front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, even loaning umbrellas when the weather turned.

the vegan options in the bar were somewhat limited, especially the vegan bitterballen, which i did not enjoy much

I appreciated the ease of using the complimentary airport shuttle. It ran every half hour and it met my travel needs. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods and everything tasted fresh. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when i needed help with my luggage.

upon my arrival, the room's heating system did not seem to function properly. the temperature in the room never went above 20 degrees, feel a bit chilly.
