the shuttle service was punctual, a good value (it helped a lot!). it saved time and stress getting to the airport. the breakfast was available early, which suited my early flight schedule. the staff was friendly.

The climate control in the room wasn't very effective. More efficient cooling would be appreciated.

The lack of a telephone in the room made arranging a wake-up call impossible, quite inconvenient. I found it unacceptable that a complimentary cup of coffee or tea was unavailable, especially at the price charged. Only one bath towel was provided. I noticed a complete absence of washcloths or hand towels. The room felt cramped, with minimal furnishings and a surprisingly small size.

The hotel is very close to the airport. A free shuttle made travel easy. I found a McDonald's nearby. It was a short walk. Public transportation to Amsterdam's center was simple. Check-in provided a really cool room selection.

The staff's behavior regarding luggage storage was unacceptable. They made snide remarks about the amount of luggage. I didn't appreciate those comments.

The room seemed smaller than expected. It felt cramped. The soundproofing was definitely lacking. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. The breakfast cost was too high considering the limited options available. There was a distinct lack of variety and the quality didn't justify the price. The bathroom design was not ideal. The toilet seemed like it was in a closet.
