the staff was great i especially liked luca and francisco from reception and sebastian from the bar the room was spacious super clean and had modern amenities it also was sound proofed i had a great view of the park and city the fitness center was clean and had a nice view

I found the location VERY convenient, near Planten un Blomen. The train station access made exploring easy. The room was also comfortable (I slept like a log!). The staff's helpful attitude.
I noticed the absence of a separate bed for children and they wanted 50€ extra (wow).

The check-in process was efficient, and I was offered a welcome drink while I waited for my room. Staff were knowledgeable regarding local attractions. The service was attentive and prompt.

The hotel has a well-equipped fitness center with modern machines. The rooftop bar offers panoramic views. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of fresh items (the smoked salmon was awesome!).

the room was super clean the bed was fabulously comfortable i liked the bar and its friendly staff there was a nice energy about the place the receptionist efficiently arranged a taxi to the airport for me the next morning
i found trying to reach someone at the front desk by phone a bit challenging
