The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was efficient. the double pod was comfortable. the bathroom areas were super clean.
The location was near the train station, but it felt a bit ghetto. the room was small. There was barely space to move around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the bathrooms to be well kept and the bar in the lobby convenient (I even bought some snacks).
My room lacked sufficient space for a larger suitcase (it barely fit). The air conditioning near the bed felt too cold, and I could not adjust it to my liking.

The bed in my cabin was comfy. I slept well. The shared bathrooms were clean. They had plenty of space. I liked the convenient location near transportation.
The A/C seemed to be set at one temperature. The room felt stagnant after a while. The light in my room was broken. That was unfortunate. I saw some shady people in the area. I did not feel particularly safe.

I found the staff very helpful. They promptly addressed all my needs. The lounge and outdoor deck offered great spaces to unwind. The showers are well-designed (with attention to privacy) and easy to access.
I sometimes had to walk several floors to reach the shower facilities.

The location proved excellent. It was close to the bus station and the main railway station. I found this especially useful for my travel plans. The hotel has new and modern facilities. I especially liked that the staff were friendly and helpful.
The space felt a bit small. It was difficult to unpack my travel bag in the room.
