the facilities were good and very close to many family attractions. the accommodation was very clean and had everything i expected. the staff provided great entertainment. i found lots of available storage space.
i found no food available in the clubhouse two days out of the four i stayed. the excuse was the kitchen could not cater for 'gluten free'. the second excuse was the venue did not have a chef.

staff members responded quickly when i asked for assistance. they were clear in their instructions and very helpful with directions. i received prompt service, and all requests were handled efficiently.

the on-site restaurant offered a menu with options for all ages. prices were reasonable considering the portion sizes. the restaurant staff was polite and attentive, checking on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

the caravan was very tidy and clean everything inside it was great the kitchen had everything i needed i even asked for the heating to be switched on an hour before i arrived and it was done rooms were warm when i got there. caravan 11 valley view was amazing everything about the holiday was perfect the caravan had really good features and the free wifi was great for my son's firestick

A peaceful getaway with great views
super clean caravangreat viewstrong smell
the luxury caravan was super clean, a great feature. it also had a great view of the fields surrounding the site from the decking. i also got to see the northern lights over the site . that was an unexpected and added experience.
i noticed a strong smell of food when i first entered the caravan. that smell lingered for a few days. it would be good to ensure proper ventilation before guests arrive.

the caravan was large, providing plenty of space for luggage and relaxation. it included all amenities needed for self-catering, and the provided washing up liquid was a useful touch. the bed linen was crisp, just like in a hotel!

The site is situated near the beach! it is also close to town. i found it easy to travel further afield to places such as padstow and port isaac from this location. A car is helpful.

Really good Caravan Experience!

The rooms inside the caravan were impeccably tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. I found it very convenient. They granted my wish to switch the heating on an hour before check-in. The rooms were warm upon arrival! The free wifi allowed smooth connection to devices.
I noticed limited playing equipment available at the park. Entertainment options were a bit sparse.

The caravan was quite new, it was lovely. My children did love having their personal bedroom and bathroom. I found the location to be great. The accommodation included everything needed for a holiday.
I observed a lack of food in the clubhouse during some days. The excuse given was an inability to cater for specific dietary needs. This limited dining options on certain days of my visit.
