Really good Stay Near Canary Wharf
quick check-in stylish design well-equipped gym
Check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the style of the hotel. The gym was well-equipped for a good workout. Breakfast offered many delicious options.
The room service menu lacked gluten-free options, disappointing for a four-star hotel.

The room felt nice and open because it had high ceilings. The bed was lovely and provided great comfort for sleeping. The room also had modern décor and furnishings.

Staff members were polite and knowledgeable about local attractions. I also saw staff be very helpful even when an elevator wasn't working. They provided assistance without delay.

quiet stay near canary wharf
friendly staff vegan options
the staff was super friendly. the breakfast had vegan and gluten free options. the room was nicely decorated (i liked the art pieces).
nothing went well, the nothing worked in this hotel and no reimbursement of any kind was offered for swimming pool being closed on the day of our arrival, bathroom flooded, bad food and not the best service in general.

Anniversary stay delight
soothing decor separate sink
I found the room decor very soothing (especially after long days exploring the city). The room even included art pieces. I thought the bathroom was very nice with a separate sink area. The breakfast was huge with lots of choices too.

Really good Stay near Canary Wharf
helpful service modern approach
The staff provided helpful service at check-in. The room had a useful QR code that saved paper. I appreciated this modern approach. The location near Canary Wharf provided convenient access. Public transport connections are very accessible from here.

The staff team performed an amazing job and was very helpful! Alyaan assisted with early check-in and late check-out. This accommodated my flight times well. Vinod, the bartender, prepared superb drinks and was very hospitable.

Breakfast featured a great list of options, quite endless in variety. The breakfast presentation was nice. The breakfast tasted good! I found it to be a pleasant experience.

The room was very tidy and clean and very comfortable! The room was also spacious, giving me ample space to move. I also thought the room was quiet.

The gym features several exercise machines. It also has free weights. There is a sauna, steam room, and a pool. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

a blissful weekend stay
cute staff divine shower amazing view
The staff were cute and helpful. Their smiles were infectious. i loved the room size. It was perfect for two on our little getaway. the view from room 811, perched on the eighth floor, was amazing. It seemed like we were on top of the world. the shower's pressure was divine. It was a waterfall of relaxation. it made my hair so soft.
I wish there had been a bit more lighting near the wardrobe. Finding my favourite scarf was a small challenge.

the hotel staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. they managed check-in smoothly, nice. their positive attitude added to the overall quality of my stay.

The twin room offered comfortable beds with cosy linen. Sinking into them was like a warm hug. the coffee machine made my mornings better, and the big tv was really nice. the room's decor was soothing and calming.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. I loved the variety, i felt so much pleasure with it. the dining area was clean, with attentive waitresses always there. the pool area was very refreshing and tidy.

adequate but disappointing
the location near canary wharf tube station proved acceptable for accessing the o2 arena.
the bathroom door in my first room had a sign advising against closing it yet also remained difficult to open i had to switch rooms due to this inconvenience.
