funky smell loud music
the staff was lovely and very accommodating, i must admit.
the bathroom had a funky smell i really didn't like. the music from a nightclub next door was loud it went on late. the room was also hot even with the air conditioning.

friendly staff convenient bag drop-off great position non-functional lift noisy room shabby furniture
The staff were very friendly. They made it simple to drop off my bag before check-in. I could also leave it and collect it after finishing on the day I checked out. GREAT position close to buses and Underground exists nearby. It made it easy to get wherever I wanted.
The lift was not functional on the third floor during one of the days i stayed. The room was very noisy at night. Constant ambulance sirens were audible, even from the adjacent room. The furniture and room were old and shabby.

a clean and convenient stay
friendly staff secure access clean room
the staff was friendly and helpful i found the hotel to be secure with key access required through multiple doors my room was clean and the bar was a nice touch the bus service was a few minutes' walk away. the bus took me straight into the city. the hotel has bus access outside the front door.
the towels provided were basic.

the hotel is near several supermarkets these are located on the same street and offer convenience for picking up essentials or snacks the neighborhood seemed quiet at night with frequent bus service.

the double room was a good size and it felt tidy i also found the powerful shower to be really refreshing after a day out the beds were clean and provided comfortable rest .

quiet room good breakfast luggage storage uncomfortable mattress damaged walls rusty towel rail
The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety. The staff agreed to keep my luggage for more than 6 hours on my final day which I appreciated.
My mattress springs caused some discomfort. The room walls had holes. The bathroom had a rusty towel rail.
