Top Notch Stay! I'm so happy!
amazing space helpful staff available pool
The room had amazing space! It was a One-Bedroom Suite, and I found its size very excellent. Staff was super helpful during check-in, I was really pleased. I liked having a swimming pool available after a long day, it was great!
The shower drain had a slight smell, I think it should be addressed.

i found the suite spacious and very clean. i also appreciated the full kitchen in the suite. the hotel's location was great and allowed easy access to transportation. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay
the shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, sometimes fluctuating unexpectedly

early deliveries small pool
the location was acceptable for accessing the tube.
the noise from deliveries at 6 am was unacceptable! the room overlooked bins and a service entrance, so it was noisy every day. the pool was also cold and small. it hardly reminded me of a 5-star experience.

I visited for four nights and found my suite spacious! the bathroom included ample space for toiletries. the hotel's care for the building's history is clear. It's immaculate and respectful. the bed was super comfortable and encouraged restful sleep!
the area around the hotel isn't great and i wish it was a bit closer to key attractions.

broken air conditioning hard pillows
the bed was very comfortable and provided good rest.
The air conditioning did not work in my room. I had to use a portable electric heater. the pillows were as hard as concrete, so i woke up with a sore neck.
