the apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything i needed for my stay. i found the complimentary coffee capsules a nice touch. i appreciated the friendly staff, they let me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
the balcony door didn't lock, and anyone could have accessed the hotel. i wanted to open the balcony doors and windows but there was someone constantly smoking weed outside. the fans provided were not adequate, so i felt uncomfortable.

The apartment was lovely. It was just a short walk to the tube station. There were plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the sofa bed was huge..
The day-to-day housekeeping was quite poor. Cleaning standards were inconsistent. Several kitchen appliances were either not functioning properly or not working at all. the heating was unreliable and did not work consistently.

the apartment was spacious, providing ample room to relax after a long day.
I found the customer service lacking. When i arrived, my room wasn't ready at the stated check-in time. staff seemed indifferent to the delay and offered little assistance in resolving the issue. also, there was no air conditioning, and i could not properly sleep

I found the noise levels problematic. i was on a lower floor and the traffic was audible, even at night. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries. I needed more toilet paper but did not have time to request it.

the location was convenient for my work in canary wharf. the apartment also had adequate space.
The room had a noticeable odor upon arrival. the provided air freshener did not eliminate it. i also found the bathroom to be inadequately cleaned. I found some hairs on towels.
