Comfortable Stay Near Greenwich
king size bed quality towels
my studio room was a good size, equipped with a king size bed. the bathroom featured good quality towels. i found the inclusion of an iron and ironing board very convenient. the placement of the hairdryer and straightener plug near the full-length mirror in the wardrobe was a thoughtful design.
The ac was centrally controlled. I couldn't adjust the temperature myself. i had to contact reception to request changes. while they were responsive, having personal control would have been more convenient.

Fantastic stay near Greenwich!
clean room useful equipment daily tidy service heated towel rail
I found the room very clean upon arrival. The kitchenette included useful equipment. A quick tidy service occurred daily . I thought the heated towel rail was a GREAT touch.
A minor detail, I observed some obvious wear on the curtains.

Staff members were very polite and respectful. They do not discriminate against people and treat customers well. Reception staff quickly resolved a small issue I had. They were very helpful and efficient.

The building included secure parking. A DLR stop was an easy walk away. A bus stop was directly outside. There is a paid laundry room on the basement level of the building for guest use. This was convenient.

street noise missing items
The room was clean enough. That met my basic expectations.
i found a real problem with noise. street noise at night kept me awake, and the walls seemed very thin, so i heard neighbors. also, the promised kitchenette was missing some essential items.

The room included a little kitchenette. It came complete with a coffee machine. A fridge and dishwasher were also in the room. I think this is very good value.
Some staff members does not say hello when one walks in.

Acceptable Room, Some Disappointing Aspects
mouldy smell hard bed
The room included a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, convenient.
The room had a mouldy smell that stayed on my clothes. It was quite unpleasant. The windows did not open, and the air conditioning barely worked. I had requested two single beds, but they were hard and uncomfortable. Each time someone turned over, it sounded like ancient straw.
