the location was superb, a short walk to the o2 arena was amazing. i appreciated the proximity to the underground and other transport options, such as the cable car. the room was very comfortable, clean, and decorated with musical flair.
The food at sunday lunch was disappointing. The roast beef was chewy, and the roast potatoes were not good.

The location has convenient transport options, including the underground and cable car. These are only a few minutes away. there are pay-as-you-go electric bikes nearby if you wish to explore. the grounds include well kept outdoor seating areas, with tables and shaded spaces.

Lunch on the roof terrace featured fresh ingredients. The meals were promptly served and excellent value. the breakfast buffet offers a good choice of options, with a menu of cooked choices available. they prepared breakfast with care using top quality ingredients.

The inn is only a few minutes walk from the o2 arena, surrounded by parkland, but within the greenwich area. the location is well lit. I felt quite secure. nearby transport connections offer plenty of choice for travelling into the city.

My room was SUPER clean. The bed gave me the BEST nights sleep i had in ages. i ate dinner AND breakfast. The food was excellent. Portions were generous.
the walls ARE thin, so i could hear a little noise from the hallway.

The breakfast included various options. Staff members were polite. I found the hotel stylish. The parking was always available. My room had a good size table and bottled water, unexpected but appreciated. The location of my room at the top of the stairs was perfect. The pub downstairs created a lively atmosphere.
I noticed some peeling paint on the ceiling in my room.

the captain's cabin provided a beautifully furnished space. the staff were friendly (always a plus!). i enjoyed free parking, a significant convenience. a short, safe walk to the o2 was beneficial.
i noticed narrow corridors leading to the bedrooms. the proximity of rooms meant i could hear doors banging and cleaning activities in the mornings. it affected my sleep.
