the staff, especially irum, were very helpful during check-in and checkout. the location is great with easy access to buses, the tube, shops, and restaurants. the apartment had everything i needed. the neighbourhood felt safe (which is important).
the housekeeping service was only done after one week, a bit inconvenient.

the location suited my needs.

well equipped kitchen comfortable bed friendly staff misleading photo broken boiler cold shower
i appreciated the kitchen which was very well equipped. it even had coffee and tea and some milk, such a lovely touch. the beds where comfortable with high quality bed linen. i am grateful for the friendly and helpful staff.
the photos for the room where misleading. i was expecting big windows. we felt misled by the pictures, even if everything else was as shown. the boiler broke one morning and i had a cold shower. the management didn't seem to apologize or offer anything for the trouble.

decent stay with a couple of issues
complete kitchen convenient location friendly staff creaky doors smelly hallway uncomfortable sofa
the kitchen was complete with everything i needed to cook. i found a supermarket nearby for groceries. the location offered convenient transportation options. the staff were friendly. the apartment had decent views.
the room wasn't exactly as advertised in the pictures. there were old creaky doors. i noticed smelly hallways and a smelly room. the sofa wasn't that comfortable. i had restricted access to the terrace.
