The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I found this aspect acceptable.

The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom fixtures looked worn. the noise from the street kept me awake. Thin windows did little to block out the city sounds.

I enjoyed the complimentary Prosecco at check-in. Sourabh gave a very warm welcome and also upgraded my room, it was amazing. The room was nice, and the hotel had a nice location with easy access to the city center. The complimentary mini bar was a plus this summer. It was great!

The bedroom lighting was way too dark, I struggled to see! The shower door did not close properly. That was a problem. The hairdryer socket was not near a mirror, so doing my hair was difficult.

The staff provided perfect service. i especially liked ram at the bar. His drinks were delicious and the VIBE was very calm. i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to nearby attractions. i walked to the station in minutes.

the room lighting IS inadequate. it was difficult to see properly, particularly in the evenings. i suggest better lighting in the rooms.
