noticeable stains street noise
The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I found this aspect acceptable.
The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom fixtures was worn. the noise from the street kept me awake. Thin windows did little to block out the city sounds.

I enjoyed the complimentary Prosecco at check-in. Sourabh gave a very warm welcome and also upgraded my room, it was amazing. The room was nice, and the hotel had a nice location with easy access to the city center. The complimentary mini bar was a plus this summer. It was great!
The bedroom lighting was way too dark, I struggled to see! The shower door did not close properly. That was a problem. The hairdryer socket was not near a mirror, so doing my hair was difficult.

24 hour bar kitchen helpful staff clean room broken heat portable heater under lit room
i found the 24-hour bar and kitchen convenient. the staff, including mr roberto, seemed helpful. i also noticed the rooms were clean.
the heat in my room did not work correctly. a portable heater was provided, but it only heated a small part of the space. i found the room to be underlit .

delicious drinks calm vibe
The staff provided perfect service. i especially liked ram at the bar. His drinks were delicious and the VIBE was very calm. i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to nearby attractions. i walked to the station in minutes.
the room lighting IS inadequate. it was difficult to see properly, particularly in the evenings. i suggest better lighting in the rooms.

the room featured a comfortable king bed. a nespresso setup and teabags were available. thick, long towels were refreshed daily, and a shoe horn was provided.
