Excellent Stay in Shoreditch

I found the location excellent, close to Spitalfields and Brick Lane markets (with every type of food imaginable!). The hotel features a cute bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The rooftop bar provided a great experience. I enjoyed the french press and real coffee in the room. A massive plus in my book.

The acoustic insulation in the rooms needs improvement. I could hear traffic and people outside quite clearly. This disrupted my sleep slightly .

The staff was lovely and very helpful. India and Rafa stood out. They were always present and attentive. They were great too meet everyone's individual needs (always with a smile).

the location is fantastic. both bars, including the rooftop bar, were great. the staff was attentive, and the food and drinks were good. the corner room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

the rooms have very poor acoustic insulation, and i could hear everything that happened outside.

The room design was original. the bed was lush. i found great design books in the room to read! i liked the aesop soaps provided. They seemed like a thoughtful amenity.

The room lacked proper acoustic insulation. I could hear street noise. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult. this is something the hotel should address.
