The staff helped arrange parking upon my VERY prompt arrival. The shower was powerful (such a great way to wake up!).

the staff helped with luggage to the annex building. it was a short walk of only thirty seconds to the main building. i found the room clean and adequately equipped with an iron and ironing board. car parking was available and secured behind large gates.
the door to my balcony was not locked. i felt unsafe since i was traveling alone and had easy access to the outside. the terrace size was tiny.
