the Staff assisted a little, i guess.
the ventilation system made strange noises all night. the Warm air blew continuously directly toward the bed. the room Also had some dust on surfaces and a pillow with a stain.

the room was very clean and modern i especially liked the spacious bedrooms there were also two separate bathrooms which was a plus. the living area was big enough and the balcony overlooked a park reception staff were nice and helpful. they offered croissants and coffee for breakfast
i found that opening the window for fresh air wasn't possible this was a minor inconvenience

the hotel is within walking distance of stratford station offering excellent transport links access to central areas is easy. stratford station facilitates access to various parts of the city including the abba voyage venue nearby.

the reception team was helpful and friendly they assisted with early luggage storage and facilitated an earlier room access. i found staff at reception to be particularly helpful during check in processes and queries.

The studio apartment included cooking facilities. The concierge was polite and knowledgable. They seemed to care! I found this very pleasant.
