Club Double rooms feature a 17th or 18th Century carved oak bed, heavy silk curtains, and restored Vintage plumbing fixtures. Bathrooms include either a cast iron roll-top bath or a period-style shower. Deluxe Double rooms offer antique carved beds or Georgian four-poster beds, free-standing roll-top baths, and separate showers. The Earl of Bolingbroke Suite is split over two levels, with a luggage lift and a roof terrace overlooking the Olympic Park. It features an Italian marble bath and a hidden toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and include complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen television, mini-bar, safe, and Land & Water toiletries. Some rooms feature a smart TV with a media hub.

the location was great, very close to liverpool street. i found a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. it was a short walk to spitalfields market. the honesty bar is a nice touch.

the heated towel rail didn't work, a bit annoying. the bathroom floor was cold. the in-room lighting was also quite low.

the room was atmospheric and large. i also liked the foyer. the interior design was beautiful. i have stayed in their sister hotels before.
