The receptionists were friendly. The staff provided excellent service. I had a great room. The bed was comfortable.. and the radiator kept the room nice and warm. I appreciated the close proximity to shops and amenities.
I noticed the absence of a spoon for the tea and coffee facilities in my room. This was a minor inconvenience.

i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the bar area was quite spacious for evening relaxation. my room included brewing up stuff, i found it lovely after a long day.
the shower had cold water in the evening and morning, a slight inconvenience.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, it made exploring the area simple. public transportation was readily available, i didn't have any trouble getting around. several shops were within walking distance, i liked the convenience.
