The location was acceptable. It was very accessible to the tram stop.
The staff was unhelpful. There was no water available after the first night of my stay. I mentioned it to a staff member, but they could not assist me. The staff member did not help at all.

the room had an ensuite bathroom. i found the room to be a reasonable size. the 24hr access was very easy, and i felt safe coming and going at any hour.
the tv remote did not turn on the tv, and it was quite small. i had wished for a slightly bigger screen.

the manager was helpful. he assisted with directions and information about local shops. a tram stop near the building made travelling easy, and i appreciate his assistance.

the hotel was near the pleasure beach! the building's location suited my needs well. the proximity to local shops and south shore made exploring very easy. it was very convenient.
