the staff was friendly. i only saw one male staff member. he was happy to help . the location was close to attractions.

the room was cold at night. there was no way to turn on the heating. i found no hot water at night. i ran the shower without success after my kids were in bed.

Adequate Stay Near the Promenade

convenient location friendly staff clean room small room faulty window insufficient heating

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops. The staff were friendly. My room was clean. I appreciated that the price was reasonable for my needs.

The room felt a bit small for the number of guests it accommodated. The windows did not fully close. It became quite cold as a result and the heating struggled to keep pace. There wasn't enough hot water in the room at times.

no bar missing breakfast

the room wasnt serviced during my three-night stay. i also noticed there was no access to a bar or breakfast, a little disappointing. i ended up eating out most of the time. deliveroo worked fine though.
