warm roommain wallpoor quality

the room was warm when i arrived at the accommodation.

i found marks all over the main wall, this really bothered me. cobwebs and spiders were also in the corner of the room and it gave me the creeps. there was also a hole in the bath mat and the duvet cover, quality was poor.
