The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel provided free netflix, (a pleasant surprise!). I also appreciated the early code access, very convenient after a long journey.

The water in the shower was cold. I reported it to the staff but did not get a follow-up.

the room was a family suite. the beds felt super comfy and clean. i found the location ideal, especially since it was close to many takeaways (mcdonalds was a plus!). i also appreciated the free coffee available downstairs (a nice touch).

the wifi signal was slightly unpredictable at times, it occasionally dropped.

The family room was ideal with a separate room for the children. the location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions. the room included netflix. I appreciated having access to movies and shows during my downtime (i did enjoy the variety of options).

The main door was left open. I did not find it very secure. i noticed stains up the walls in the room. i also saw a dirty toilet. Cleanliness is very important to me.
