an acceptable stay
helpful staff clean bath towels faulty tv spotty internet
the staff was helpful and understanding of our needs. they let us drop our bags off early, convenient (i really appreciated that). there was plenty of toilet paper in the bathroom plus fresh milk and clean bath towels.
The tv in the room didn't work at all. the internet connection was also hit and miss. It might have been due to the weather. there were no tea or coffee sachets provided with the kettle.

friendly staff prompt return comfy bed
the staff were very friendly and helpful. they promptly returned an item i left behind, even going out of their way to post it. the beds were really comfy, and the room was nice and clean. everything went well!

the hotel enjoys a convenient location, less than five minutes' walk to central pier! the tower is less than ten minutes away, really good.

the staff are lovely and very accommodating. they were especially understanding toward my family, including my kids with additional needs, that's great.

free parking is available, rare and very convenient. this saved a lot of hassle and expense, which i appreciated a lot. it was amazing!

The location was great. Near the seafront and a park was just outside! parking was also available! dogs are allowed here. That is a plus. the staff were kind and helpful. my room had a mini fridge for my drinks and snacks.
the area around the hotel had a slight smell, possibly from nearby establishments.

surprisingly nice stay!

the chaps managing the hotel were cute. they were also friendly and helpful. they let me drop off my bags early, a great help.
the toilet flush was quite loud.
