I really liked how clean my room was! it was also quite spacious. I felt very comfortable. the reception staff were cute and helpful. I appreciated their friendliness a lot.
The internet connection was really bad in the bedrooms. It made it hard to stream anything, a bit frustrating.

the hotel has good tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. the beds are comfy, and king size beds are available for larger groups. soap and body wash are provided in the super clean bathrooms.

a chocolate treat awaited me in my room, what a welcome gift! breakfast service is available. the staff will call when breakfast is ready, i really appreciate this.

The hotel sits right on the sea front, very convinient! harrow place tram stop is just across the road. This gives you easy access to the town centre. a sea view room is available for selection too!

Wonderful Seaview Getaway!!!

The family room was HUGE and spacious. It had two double beds and one single bed. The staff were REALLY friendly, and everything was clean. I would definitely stay again next time I visit. The location was GREAT!

The hotel sits on the South side past the pleasure beach. The location is quieter, which I appreciated after a busy day. It was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

the reception area looked nice. i checked in quickly without any problems. the beds were comfy. i had two king size beds for two adults and two children , which was convenient.

The staff were fantastic, always there to help. The service they provided was really good, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. This.
The bathroom was very cold. I was told it would be addressed, but this did not happen. The rooms did not quite match the pictures online, presenting a different impression upon arrival.
