the hotel's owner was so kind and helpful. she was always available if we needed anything, really comforting (i love knowing someone is there!). the room was warm and the bed was so comfy.

the bathroom needed a bit more attention to cleanliness. i noticed the floor could have been cleaner, a minor concern.

The staff were friendly. They ensured the bedding was clean! It was perfect for just one night. The family room was a good size and very quiet.

The hotel had a strong cigarette smell when I walked in. The hotel was boiling with the heating on full blast. Guests were smoking in hallways in the middle of the night and the smoke was coming under our door.

super close to pleasure beach!

i loved how friendly the staff were they really were very good too help with anything i needed. the room was a decent size and offered good value for money which is always a win! plus the location was ideal especially for pleasure beach south pier and water world.

the room could have been cleaner there was no cleaning service provided at all. this meant we had to manage our own rubbish which wasn't ideal with kids and a full itinerary. it's a small thing but was good.

our family room had a private bathroom with a decent shower and basic toiletries were provided. there was a comfortable double bed alongside sturdy bunk beds offering ample space for everyone to relax after a long day.
