The breakfast had enough options. I found the staff helpful with directions. My room had a television and a kettle with tea. The room was clean when I arrived.
There was no drinking water provided in my room. The air conditioner did not work well . I could not open the window in my room, so the room felt stuffy.

The staff was really helpful and they sorted out returning some coats I left in the room! The hotel decor and style was appealing. The breakfast had a fantastic selection. I am already planning my next trip!
My room lacked drinking water! I think that is essential, especially after spending a decent amount. The air conditioning did not work during my entire stay. The hotel offered fans, but I would have preferred working AC.

the staff at the breakfast buffet found me a place quickly. coffee was at my elbow moments later. sajia and nusrat on reception kindly found a charger. they averted a potential crisis as my train ticket was stored on my phone. the room was clean and equipped with a kettle and coffeemachine

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The waitstaff named Flor was very friendly and cute (she made my kids very happy!).
The location is not accurately described. It is farther from Whitechapel than indicated.
