helpful staff clean bathroom rainfall shower small room limited space no window
the staff were helpful. my room was very clean, especially the bathroom. the shower was excellent, it had a rainfall shower.
i booked a queen room, however, it felt very small. there was no space to move around the room comfortably (i felt a bit squeezed). there was no window in the room.

convenient location self-service check-in professional staff fresh equipment
the hotel had a convenient location near bethnal green station. self-service check-in was quite easy upon arrival. i found the staff professional . fresh equipment was replaced every morning in the rooms.
Breakfast lacked diversity. There was only pork served and no poultry alternative.

the hotel features clean toilet facilities in the lobby. the 24-hour check-in and check-out process provided an uncomplicated experience. the hotel's location offered easy access to transportation, certainly helpful for exploring the city.

thick towel powerful shower effective air conditioning
the location suited my needs. my room was clean upon arrival. thick towels were available, and the bathroom had a powerful shower! bottles of water were provided, and a refreshment station was accessible. i found the air conditioning to be effective.
i booked a room. it did not clearly state that it lacked a window. upon arrival, i discovered this detail. luckily, i was able to upgrade.

adequate short stay
tube station big bathroom window absence dirty showers
The hotel is next to the tube station. the air conditioned room and bathroom were surprisingly big! shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash, and hand cream was supplied. That impressed me.
rooms have no windows. there were hairs in the showers though the room was clean overall.

useful shampoo body wash restaurant vouchers
I found the supplied shampoo conditioner hand and body wash quite useful. Hand cream was also available and that was a plus. I appreciated the vouchers offered for the bar and restaurant for multiple night stays when I declined fresh towels.
The room felt slightly smaller than I expected.

windowless room inadequate ventilation
The location near the tube station was acceptable.
The room assigned was a Windowless Efficient King Room, and it felt quite claustrophobic due to the absence of natural light (I felt a bit like a mole). The ventilation seemed inadequate, made controlling the room temperature difficult. The television offered very few channels.
