the staff were friendly and polite.
the breakfast was very disappointing. there was insufficient milk for the cereals. additionally, there was no butter for the toast (i found that odd). finding someone to ask for assistance proved impossible.

the garden was beautiful, especially with the sun shining. our room was named clooney. it gave us a good night's sleep, exactly what we wanted. the staff was super friendly and helpful .
the shower drained very slowly.

The staff demonstrated a very friendly attitude and their helpfulness stood out. I found the food in the restaurant to be amazing. The hotel provided a self-service continental breakfast in the conservatory (it was a real bonus). The car park was also good.
I noticed that some areas could benefit from a bit more attention regarding cleanliness.

The food included many interesting dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet contained various options, including a self-service continental selection. Drinks at the bar were also great (they offered a wide selection of beverages).

The premises included fine spaces for dining both outdoors and indoors. The location is very convenient (close to the airport). The hotel had a good car park, so parking was never a concern.

the room was immaculate with stylish decor and a pristine bathroom. the shower was fantastic, a real treat after a long day. upon arrival, i found two good welcome cookies waiting for me. all the team were wonderfully friendly and helpful with any request i had.
The bedroom window didn't open fully. I understand the safety concerns, but a slight opening on a warm night would have been lovely.

The food was amazing!!! i tasted a steak cooked to absolute perfection, so tender and flavorful. the bar staff were super friendly, great to decorate a table for a birthday celebration. They stored cakes and brought them out perfectly.

The room was spacious and designed with great taste. I loved the decor. fresh milk was provided along with lovely toiletries, a thoughtful touch. the bed was comfortable and boasted very comfy pillows.

there was ample parking available upon arrival. the building itself is beautiful, complete with a lovely garden area perfect for enjoying drinks or meals. the interior bar is traditionally decorated and has a very cute feeling.

my room was totally spacious and i had such great food! the steak was cooked perfectly. i will 100% stay there again, i'm already looking forward to my next visit! the complimentary breakfast was also a bonus, i loved it!
The bedroom window wouldn't open, a bit of a bummer on a warm night. I understand the h&s implications though. i was given a fan, so it was okay!

the bed was acceptable, i suppose. i did not request an upgrade.
the room lacked a certain je ne sais quoi. more specifically, it was dusty and small. breakfast also left much to be desired, as i had to hunt down milk. milk should appear, is what i say.
