good locationpoor soundproofingold shower screen
the location was good , very central.
i was disappointed that the room wasn't properly soundproofed. i could hear music from the café downstairs starting early in the morning. also , the shower stall was small and the screen clearly needed replacing , it looked old and worn.

the location was really central , and i found it easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast selection had good variety , including fresh fruit and pastries. i was charmed by the little touch of having pastel de natas in the room upon arrival.
the noise from the street was noticeable at night , even with the windows closed. i experienced a delay in the hot water reaching the shower , which was inconvenient.

The room was smaller than expected. It was difficult to move around with luggage. The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell. We had to run the AC to get rid of the bad odor.

The hotel location allowed convenient access to main attractions. I liked the welcome treat of Pasteis de nata. The provided toiletries from Rituals added a nice touch. The staff was always helpful and willing to answer questions.

i found the location very convenient, close to many main attractions. the room featured nice amenities like robes. the downstairs bar was a nice spot for an evening drink.
The shower pressure was a little weak. It took a while to get the water flowing properly.
