a decent stay downtown

central location nice street view friendly staff street noise soundproofing issue slow air conditioning

the location was certainly central. my room offered a nice street view. the staff was friendly (they always had a smile!).

the street noise at night was a little disturbing. my room lacked soundproofing. the air conditioning took a while to adjust the temperature (it was quite a delay).

The staff was very friendly. They helped me a lot. The breakfast had high-quality food. Everything was delicious. I also liked the pastries and coffee they served daily at 2 p.m. the location near the castle and other historical spots was ideal.

The pillows were too soft for me, i sank while sleeping.

The staff responded quickly when i needed something. They were very attentive and always had a smile. This, they provided great support .

The room had a SMEG kettle and a mini fridge. i had an amazing view of the historic center from the fourth floor. The bathroom felt bright, it featured adequate space.

The breakfast included a tasty selection of high quality items. Cookies and pastries were available every day in the afternoon. Coffee and tea were accessible freely all day. This added to the comfort.

It was very close to the castle and Praca de Comercio! St Justa Lift was also within a short distance. the proximity made it easy to explore important landmarks.

the location suited my needs for exploring the area. it allowed for convenient access to various attractions.

My room had no wardrobe with a door. It only had an open shelf. this was a distinct inconvenience as it left my belongings exposed and the room felt less organised.
