superb locationvaried optionswarm staffhot shower
the location was superb i found it convenient for exploring nearby attractions the complimentary water in the room was a nice touch i appreciated the varied options at breakfast and the staff were consistently warm and helpful i felt very welcomed. the hot shower was also wonderful after a long day.
the street noise was noticeable especially early in the morning.

the hotel is steps away from the rossio metro station providing easy access to the airport and other parts of the city i noticed several restaurants nearby offering a range of cuisines and prices.

the breakfast buffet includes multiple options for various dietary needs i noticed fresh items were refilled regularly the seating arrangement ensured everyone had a table without a significant wait i appreciate this effective service.

our triple room included comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower i saw a small balcony with two chairs offering views of the surrounding streets air conditioning helped maintain a pleasant room temperature.

The safe in my room did not function . Staff said they would find someone to assist, but no one came. I left money in the room, and it was missing upon my return. The hotel denied responsibility.

The location is great, close to many attractions. Breakfast included a decent spread of pastries and fruit. I appreciated the helpful staff. They were very accommodating. Rooms were nice and comfortable.
I found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night. The windows did not offer sufficient sound insulation. This made it difficult to sleep soundly.
