The room felt quite small. the promised city view was mostly obscured by scaffolding. It was a bit of a letdown. it also meant constant noise during the day, which wasn't ideal

The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast on the roof terrace had amazing views. The staff was helpful. I could even buy wine at reasonable prices. Free water bottles were filled daily.

The bathroom door did not close correctly. I found this very inconvenient.

Central Location and Excellent Service

I was very happy with the central location. Restaurants and shops were close. The staff was helpful and eager to assist with directions and recommendations.

The opaque glass door of the bathroom did not fully close, compromising privacy slightly.

My room featured an excellent view of the castle from the fifth floor (it was a great sight). The room included windows in both the bathroom and bedroom. The king bed offered a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast was served on the outside terrace and was a highlight of my mornings. The staff provided a to-go breakfast for early tours. I received a muffin, an apple, and juice. The reception desk was consistently friendly and helpful.
