The location was very central to many attractions.

The breakfast was disappointing, mainly the dry bread and the condition of the boiled eggs. The bathroom door did not close properly.

constant noise obscured view

the location was certainly convenient, right in the heart of things. it made getting around relatively easy

The room felt quite small. the promised city view was mostly obscured by scaffolding. It was a bit of a letdown. it also meant constant noise during the day, which wasn't ideal

the room had air conditioning. breakfast included fresh fruits and a pleasant atmosphere. the location is right in the city center.

reception was not properly staffed. i found the policy of charging eur 20 for a lost key card ridiculous.

Excellent Spot in Central Area

rooftop breakfast helpful staff

The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast on the roof terrace had amazing views. The staff was helpful. I could even buy wine at reasonable prices. Free water bottles were filled daily.

The bathroom door did not close correctly. I found this very inconvenient.

The receptionists were polite and helpful throughout my stay. They explained all the sites I should visit. The team provided a packed lunch because I was due to miss breakfast. This excellent service.

Central Location and Excellent Service

central location helpful staff useful elevator

I was very happy with the central location. Restaurants and shops were close. The elevator was useful for transporting luggage. The staff was helpful and eager to assist with directions and recommendations.

The opaque glass door of the bathroom did not fully close, compromising privacy slightly.

My room featured an excellent view of the castle from the fifth floor (it was a great sight). The room included windows in both the bathroom and bedroom. The king bed offered a comfortable sleep.

Service

10/10

The breakfast was served on the outside terrace and was a highlight of my mornings. The staff provided a to-go breakfast for early tours. I received a muffin, an apple, and juice. The reception desk was consistently friendly and helpful.
