I found a couple of things disappointing. the gym's air conditioning was not working. also, there was no complimentary water in the room. I had to purchase it from the minibar. it was like a small oversight for a hotel of this standard.

The rooftop bar was amazing. It gets busy but I still managed to get a drink. I arrived very early, around 7am and could drop my bags. The staff allowed me to use the downstairs facilities to freshen up, which I did appreciate.
The room smelled of wastewater. I kept the window open all the time, but it did not help much. Only one of the four windows opened a small amount, and this was not enough for proper ventilation. The shower head kept turning to the wall because of a cheap plastic tube, so I could not stand directly under it.

Staff members demonstrated friendliness and were helpful. The breakfast offers good variety of food. I found that the rooftop pool was good and acted more like a plunge pool. I could enjoy great views from up there.
