i was so excited to find such friendly staff! every staff member was courteous, helpful, and very cute. i was able to check in early plus they stored my suitcase when i left. it was great to join a free walking tour organised by the hotel.
i think the restaurant had a limited menu i was hoping for more options

The location was amazing (close to many tourist attractions). I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . One person at the front desk provided really good assistance with directions and local transportation. I also appreciated the welcome note in my room upon arrival.
It started early each morning, disruptive. This constant noise impacted my ability to relax in the room during the day.

the hotel boasted an excellent location, putting me right in the city's heart. I found the staff consistently friendly and ALWAYS ready to assist with any requests. My room featured a spacious layout that allowed for EASY movement and relaxation. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was perfect, a factor I appreciated greatly.
the ONLY minor inconvenience i experienced was some occasional noise coming from the hallway. it didnt bother ME much.
