the location was quite central. the metro station was near the hotel. the room was very spacious. the bathroom was also nice.
the room carpet seemed a bit outdated. i noticed some stains on it. also, a staff member at the front desk was not very friendly. i felt they lacked customer service skills.

The location proved ideal. It's close to the metro, a definite plus. my room had street views. housekeeping was spotlessly clean and efficient. My room was always refreshed. the bar area was comfortable.
The bathroom lacked storage near the shower. It's inconvenient to have nowhere for gel and shampoo.

The location is convenient, close to the Marques de Pombal square. I found transport easy, with metro access nearby. Staff were helpful in directing me to local amenities. The provided breakfast had a wide array of options.
The room decor seemed dated, with some wear on the carpets. It didnt impact my stay, but it was noticeable.

poor isolationlingering smell
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The noise isolation was poor I could hear plumbing noises from neighboring rooms whenever someone took a shower. A persistent smell lingered in the room this issue was probably from inadequate carpet cleaning.

The location was convenient for getting around.
The room showed its age, with the carpet appearing quite worn and stained. I was not impressed. The bathroom also needed some work, especially regarding the shower's cleanliness. It did not match the rest of the hotel.
