the location proved quite convenient. i appreciated how a large shopping center was just a short walk. the room, a superior double room, felt very quiet and i noticed a pleasant scent was present. the bed was also very comfortable.

the breakfast buffet lacked variety, i thought. after a few days, it became quite repetitive.

The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful, giving perfect advice on local stores. breakfast included a wide selection with sautéed mushrooms and good coffee options. i found the building design nice and clean. It was a very pleasant experience. i would stay again without hesitation.

my room was small with limited amenities, i expected more for a four star hotel. there were no carts available to help me transport luggage to my room. i thought the price was high considering the offerings and room size.

the breakfast included sautéed mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, and carrots. there was a good variety of coffees from the machine, including a creamy latte macchiato. real tomato juice, fruit punch, orange juice, and water were also available.

the building features a nice design and cleanliness, it. a train station sits across the street, it provides convenient access to transport. the hotel building has a great design.

the reception people were AMAZING, and the breakfast crew was also very attentive. front desk staff provided perfect advice on stores and restaurants. i found them accommodating and caring.

the location is quiet, but everything is accessible by bolt. there are good restaurants nearby that serve portuguese, moroccan, indian and vegetarian foods. el corte inglés store is a five minute walk away.

hissing soundsmall window

the bathroom exhaust fan produced a constant hissing sound i could not switch off. it ran from early morning until 8pm. while closing the bathroom door mostly blocked the noise, i found it odd i couldn't ventilate after a late shower since the exhaust was already off. additionally, my window was surprisingly small and faced the building's side wall.
