a sweet escape
kind staff clean room cute surprise fresh towels
the staff i met at the check-in desk, they were so kind, i felt instantly welcomed. the room i reserved, the standard double, it was so clean and ready, it seemed like home. i found some chocolates near the bed, such a cute surprise! i appreciate the thoughtful touch of providing fresh towels each day.
the tv remote did not work one evening, i didn't bother fixing it.

the lounge has comfortable seating arrangements, with lots of natural light, and it is perfect. guests can access free wi-fi throughout the hotel, with easy connectivity. the hotel provides luggage storage facilities, a convenient service for early arrivals or late departures.

sewage smell non-functional shower
the staff was helpful when i couldn't get the codes for entry, which i appreciated.
My room didn't match the photos, it was supposed to be a beautiful room. the bathroom had a really bad sewage smell. I had to keep the fan on all night. the shower's hot water wasn't working, and although the team tried to fix it, it only got fixed as i was checking out, so i couldn't even use it.

lovely lounge area kitchen appliances uncomfortable beds creaking door
The lounge area had a nice touch. It offered plenty of seating and a variety of kitchen appliances to use (it really was like a communal space). A variety of drinks and snacks were available, and i could pay for them on an honesty tab.
Double beds were very uncomfortable. They were also quite noisy (i could hear every spring squeak). The bathroom and toilet were quite small. I also noticed the toilet door was creaking. It needed some lubrication.

great location convenient transportation nearby restaurants
The hotel had a great location near lidl and morrison. many halal restaurants were nearby. public transportation was super convenient. A bus stop was close. i also appreciated the air conditioning in the room, a real plus .

the staff were friendly and very approachable. shibin, at the reception, provided excellent assistance. i felt well taken care of (i appreciated his help).

Coffee and a wide variety of hot drinks were available. breakfast included cereals and hard-boiled eggs. walnuts and honey added a nice touch. Cucumber and mint water was delicious.

The staff helped quickly when i checked in. the room had clean, white bedsheets. I liked that. the location has good transport links.
The room i had was really small. It should only accommodate one person.

the room was cosy. i found the staff very nice. the breakfast was great and very convenient.
the bathroom seemed tiny. the shower door swung out. it hit the sink so easily. there was no hanging space for towels near the shower.

effective air conditioning appropriate bed size rainfall shower
My room included air conditioning and it functioned effectively. I found the bed of appropriate size. The ensuite had a rainfall shower that worked very well.
I noticed a shoelace that was random in the room, the room seemed to not have been cleaned properly.
