The WiFi was AWFUL. It barely worked in my room. I could not even load a simple webpage. I had to go downstairs to the lobby to get a signal. ALSO the television didn't get any channels. I REALLY wanted to watch the news, but it was just a blank screen. It was frustrating

The hotel's location was ideal. I received extra towels quickly when asked. The family running the hotel seemed cute. The room was clean upon arrival, so I found it suitable for my needs.

The room could use some updates. The shower's hot water fluctuated, so it was either very hot or cold.

The hotel had a nice little bar on site, near many food places and shops. Morrisons and Tesco are close by. McDonald's is also conveniently located around the corner.

The room was a good size, so it could fit all my belongings. The bed was comfortable. Fresh towels were provided when needed. The room was cleaned weekly.

Hot water was available every day. The hotel is just around the corner from the promenade and the tower. There was an extension lead in the room. This allowed me to plug in devices.
